Honestly a bit... Hesitating whether I'm gonna post this one or not... But... I guess, let's just post it as this is a grey version of my diary.

In the past few months, I guess I've been slowly training myself, and slowly it became my habit to only have one meal, or maximum two meals in a day. This is probably due to having no income for months; or having some funds, yet hesitated to spend it to buy proper meals.

Funnily, there were a few times where suddenly there were lots of foods and beverages to eat, whether I received the meals directly from people; or some people served me free meals or ordered takeout from my home; or even received surprise money which led me to be able to buy proper meals... Which ended up as waste or not fresh anymore to have. I mean, for someone who regularly only eats one meal a day, and tries their best to function normally for 10~14 hours after... Then suddenly lots of meals are available to eat in just a day... What will they do?

No wonder my weight stays the same for 10 years basically if I always have my meals like this...

Frankly... I don't know. At least this year (at this period), I have lots of white rice grains, and I only need to cook it, even if I have no side-dish to eat with, but I have chilli sauce in packages from old takeouts; or just eat these cooked-rice plainly. Compared to last year, where I have to return a few packages of noodles cause I only have small changes so I could buy a few packages of noodles for the upcoming meals for days...

Should I be... grateful?
